Order Placement and Stock Availability

We operate based on stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we’ll fulfill available items and discuss options for backordered items, whether you prefer to wait for restocking or opt for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the ordered items. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. The displayed price is the final cost for shipping.

Returns
  1. Change of Mind
  • We gladly accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is received within 7 days of item receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping.
  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for future purchases. We’ll notify you via email once this is completed.
  • LOVELY NIGHT will refund the value of the returned goods but not the value of any shipping paid.

2. Warranty Returns

  • LOVELY NIGHT honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving items.
  • Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
  • After receiving the items for a warranty claim, LOVELY NIGHT will process the claim within 7 days.
  • Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose between:
    • (a) Refund to your payment method
    • (b) Refund in store credit
    • (c) Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

  • 1 Domestic Transit Time: Generally, domestic shipments take 2 – 7 days in transit.
  • 2 International Transit Time: Typically, international orders take 4 – 22 days in transit. The specific estimate depends on the chosen courier, provided during checkout.
 Change of Delivery Address
  • Orders placed before 04 PM – IST (UTC+5:30) will be dispatched the same day or the next business day.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, minimizing shipment delays.
Change of Delivery Address
  • Requests for a change of delivery address can be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
  • LOVELY NIGHT ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only, not offering courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
  • We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but this service is not available for courier services.

 Items Out Of Stock

  • If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

 Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted duration, please contact us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment’s progress based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, contact customer service for next steps.
Duties & Taxes
  • 7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
  • 7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations

  • We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

  • Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit
  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and deems the parcel lost.
